Weber Packaging Solutions prints high-quality custom labels

Digital Labels

Delta digital label finishing equipmentWeber uses the latest state-of-the-art HP Indigo digital label presses for outstanding quality, color consistency and high-resolution on custom printed labels. Digital presses allow us to print small batch label runs as small as 500 labels with quick turn-around times. Since there are no printing plates or special set-ups like standard flexo label printing, digital labels are very cost-effective.

Weber can help you enhance your brand by using the latest innovations from HP including Mosaic label design software that allows each label to be unique with variable design elements. We can also show you the new HP Metallic ink capabilities that will help you showcase your products and stand out on store shelves.

To compliment our digital label presses, Weber has industry-best Delta and Digicon finishing equipment to complete your label requirements. We are able to add gloss or matte varnish, matte or gloss lamination, cold foil, and other special finishing options to customize your digital labels.

Digitally printed labels work well with just about any vertical industry or product segment and work especially well for craft beer, specialty beverages, custom craft spirits, cannabis products, kombucha beverages, wineries, houshold prodcuts, healthcare and beauty products, specialty foods, and many more.

The customization available when using the HP Indigo presses allows label designers to come up with unique, one-of-a-kind packaging that will appeal to millenials and sophisticated shoppers.

A wide variety of label materials are available for our digital presses including matte and gloss papers, vinyls, durable materials, metallic papers and more. Here are some examples of labels printed for different markets and industries.
